SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only.

All orders are shipped once per week, every Thursday.

Orders placed by Wednesday at 11:59 PM EST will be included in the upcoming Thursday shipment.

Orders placed after this deadline will be shipped the following week.

EXCHANGES

At Sunset Club, we do not offer refunds or returns.

If you need a different size, we offer a one-time size exchange, subject to product availability.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In their original condition

• Returned with all original tags attached

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Sunset Club.

Once the exchanged item is received and inspected, Sunset Club will ship the replacement size at no additional cost.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photos of the item along with a brief description of the issue.

We will work quickly to resolve the problem and ensure you receive the correct product.
